You can charge an iPhone 12, Apple Watch and AirPods simultaneously with the just-released Mophie 3-in-1 stand for MagSafe Charger. Apple likes it so much the product is listed on the online Apple Store, an honor that doesn’t go to most accessories.
For a trio of popular Apple gadgets
MagSafe is still relatively new. It appeared in 2020’s iPhone 12 series, and uses magnets to hold a wireless charger to the handsets. But the feature is recent enough that there are relatively few accessories that take advantage of it.
Mophie’s new stand supports MagSafe, but indirectly. It provides a holder for Apple’s own 15W MagSafe charging disc. And it holds the iPhone 12 up so it can be more easily seen, like during a FaceTime call. The screen can be in either portrait or landscape mode.
Integrated into the base of the 3-in-1 stand is an Apple Watch charger/stand, as well as an AirPods Charging Spot.
The Mophie 3-in-1 stand for MagSafe Charger debuted Thursday. It’s available on either Apple.com or zagg.com. At either location, it’s $89.95. The only color option is white.
Other MagSafe stand options
While the selection of MagSafe-compatible accessories is still relatively slim, Mophie’s isn’t the only option. There’s the simple Elago MS4 Aluminum Charging Stand for MagSafe, for example. And the Twelve South Forté.
The Belkin Boost↑Charge Pro 2-in-1 Wireless Charger Stand is a bit more elaborate. It handles iPhone and AirPods at the same time. So does the Anker PowerWave Magnetic 2-in-1 Stand.
