Turns out that at the end of the rainbow is the office.
Apple began its phased return-to-work plan on April 11, 2022. Starting last week, employees would gradually return to the office one day per week, increasing to a 3-days (Monday, Tuesday, & Thursday) by May 23. On the other days of the week, employees can work "flexibly" (i.e. remotely).
Apple has attempted to implement plans for employees to return to offices throughout the pandemic. Still, surging waves of Covid-19 and displeasure raised by staff have ultimately resulted in delays and concessions about how work is done in our inter/post-pandemic world. Personally, when possible, I strongly favour companies reexamining the "people need to be at work to do work" mindset. I'm happy to see Apple making at least minor adjustments to the philosophy about where people need to be to be effective employees.
Long story short, this post isn't a diatribe against workplace culture; this post is about wallpapers. Apple's offices had these rainbow decals welcoming staff back to the offices, which inspired me to create a series of wallpapers for your devices of that design. The wallpapers are available in both a black and white design with a light textured backdrop and a rainbow gradient background. Enjoy.
