Apple CEO Tim Cook once again shows up on Time‘s list of “The World’s Most Influential People,” which pays tribute to 100 important figures from film, music, politics and global culture in general.

Others on the list include Volodymyr Zelenskyy, Channing Tatum, Mary J. Blige, Kris Jenner and Ron DeSantis.

Time calls Tim Cook a ‘titan’

Going above and beyond a focus on profits, Cook’s Apple takes strong stances on protecting user privacy and the environment. But that hasn’t interfered with the iPhone-maker becoming the world’s largest computer maker and one of the globe’s most valuable companies.

The Apple CEO sits at the top of the “Titans” section of Time‘s list. Other entries in this area include Oprah Winfrey and Christine Lagarde.

The brief profile of Cook was written by Laurene Powell Jobs, the wife of Apple co-founder Steve Jobs. She wrote, in part:

“Apple is Tim Cook’s life’s work, and in this work, Tim displays mastery. Tim has demonstrated more range in his leadership of one of the world’s largest companies than any contemporary CEO. …Tim’s job demands not only business wisdom but also philosophical wisdom. The intense pressure of setting and executing Apple’s progression with deep precision, and of taking responsibility for the company’s effects on society, is almost unimaginable. Yet Tim does it with compassion and discipline, turning to nature to replenish his spirit.”

Her complete profile of the Apple CEO can be found on Time’s website.

Cook previously made Time‘s list of “The 100 Most Influential People” in 2015 and 2016.
